We represent natural biological rhythms (circadian) we are forced to push past in working and corporate environments out of the need to meet deadlines.
Sleep deprivation influences adenosine accumulation, caused from brain energy loss. In the workforce, the human mind must comply with schedules against their own chronotypes whilst being deprived of memory, attention, and other skillsets at that particular point in the day. In a standard timelapse, an individual more accustomed to deep work later on in the day may have heavy duties earlier on before they reach maximum productivity.
Like entropy, the amount of possibilities parts in a system can be organized, businesses that began to show more growth and expand can be a victim of communication, collaboration, and shared urgencies bereavement. When systems that were once stable shift, these result in disorder where teams should put their energy towards repairing more efficient practices that correspond to this shift, such as training and increasing simplicity with newly invested resources or tools to better support themselves.

(05) — Approach

Cybernetics
Cybernetics is the connection of feedback and power where when negative feedback is acquired, it allows room for pivots away from unethical work and positive feedback increases engagement and drive.

Root
In these settings, failing to meet a client's needs or quality of work should act as a factor to reconsider the system and steer towards identifying the root causes earlier on by giving employees their own individuality to act in their own mind without constant control.

Branching
Plants develop with branches in a versatile manner without feeling the need to crowd one another. In the context of corporations, creating smaller, more manageable teams and departments allow separate specialties and tasks to be executed faster and diligently. While all departments are working towards the same image of a developed tree, the intervention between communication and individual intuition is inevitable.

“Sometimes I get so caught up trying to become the person I want to be that I forget to appreciate the person I already am. I’m learning that growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means slowing down and giving yourself a little grace.”
