Example of how the kinematics would work
There would be interactive kinematics like a pulley cable that moves when you tug on it as well as gears you can turn that stimulates the other.

How will I use the money?
I would use the money to buy materials for this interactive board including small old hardware elements as a 3d componenet and hard thick material in box like shapes for about 10 panels with a flap to open. I would use something to keep the flap in place like a magnetic push latch. I'd purchase materials for the gears and pulley cable as well. I would install this project through pitching to public areas like transit centers, a tourist center, waiting rooms, community college lounge, anywhere with people.

And from the seedling sprouted something hybrid that grew a brain of it's own.
