User Guide
Projects:
You may click on your profile at the top right to get access to your profile page where you may change your profile image and cancel your subscription - keep in mind that the option to change payment method is not available. Search for a past project name or rename a current project in the input below it, delete it or access the leads page for that specific project at the indicated icon. Or, choose to create a new project and name the new project before deciding on the separate sizing options that can be changed at any time. These include the container type 30-70 left meaning 70 percent file and 30 percent sidebar, 40-60 left meaning 60 percent file and 40 percent sidebar, 50-50 center meaning 50 percent file and 50 percent sidebar and finally container type hotspot meaning 100 percent file. Container type hotspot indicates only a file may be uploaded with addition to hotspots and no sidebar meaning no elements are allowed to be added.
The editor:
In the left sidebar you may access the editor where for the slide layout, you may choose your background color or a side to side gradient as well as an image option. In addition, upload a file of your choosing to the main scrollable canvas where if the file uploaded has a greater height than the sidebar, scrolling will be enabled. You may adjust or change the slide layout in the dropdown to the side for your preference. In addition, you may change the title above by clicking on its edit button to its right where you may change its font size to either H1, H2, H3 or H4 as well as its color. You may also choose to bold the title, choose either left, center or right alignment, and type in your new text with a title character limit of 47 characters including spaces.
Hotspots:
Once a file is uploaded, you may add hotspots from the “Add pin” button above where once clicked, click on any part of your file you would like the hotspot to be placed on. You may drag the pin to your desired spot. You may choose to clear all pins and in the editor when a pin is clicked, in the black toolkit write your desired label and click done or delta the pin. In the left sidebar you may also choose your pin color as well as your pin hover color. In the button above, be sure to save pins to save all hotpot edits.
The sidebar:
For all slide layouts not including the hotspot layout, in the left editor you may choose your scrollable sidebar’s color, gradient or image as its background. With this, on your canvas you will see several element options to be added including button, heading, text, form vertical, popup, image, and video. Click on the element to add them in chronological order and the ordering can be changed at any time by typing its order number in the input number circle next to each element. When reordering in the number input, all other number inputs will be the same so repeated numbers means they will be in the same place but these inputs can be edited. For all elements, they may be edited through its edit button on the right of each element. As elements add, scrolling in the sidebar becomes enabled if overflowed.
Buttons:
For buttons, the edit button allows you to change its label with a character limit of 50 including spaces. For buttons you may add a destination URLas well as change its font size to either Body 18, Body 16, Body 14 or Body 12. Here you may add button elements,
Images:
For the image element, you may choose to upload an image with either fit that scales to fit the entire image, or fill so it covers to preset container size.
Video:
For our current plan, users may only upload Youtube videos and do so by typing in the Youtube ID in the input for the video edit button.
Add Slides:
You may click on the plus icon to add another slide that can be navigated with the arrows and deleted with the 4 slide layout options.
Sharing:
The preview button in the top right is for users to see what their audience would see if shared through either code or link with the difference being a refresh button that will appear for audiences next to the arrows when shared with link or code. You may click on the embed button to access the code you may embed onto platforms that allow it for instance your website. In the code, you may adjust the width and height percentage to fit your desired ratio. The link is provided below that can be copy and pasted and as of our current plan when audiences access the project through the link, the Zovr-Tag favicon will be visible and the browser name will be of Zovr-Tag’s designated name. When accessed through the embedded code or through link, smaller screens display a top down layout view whereas the side to side layout is displayed for larger screen sizes. Use the private toggle so that your project can’t be viewed even through the code or link and change it to public so it can be viewed.
Leads:
When submissions from forms are received, the leads page for its corresponding project in the icon next to the project’s delete button allows one to view all the forms for that project in the left sidebar and will get deleted if deleted within the project. You may choose the form submissions you would like to view and delete them at any time. In addition, you may view that project’s slide count, forms count, leads count and its visibility set to either private or public.
Tips:
Refresh your page and for coloring buttons, popup buttons, or submit buttons as well as form field styles, choose the style before adding coloring options. Be sure to refresh your page and if slides are slow, decrease your file size. If coloring does not work, refresh your page and first change it to a different color before your desired color and then change it back. Keep in mind that the editor not including what is accessed from links or the embedded code will only be available for larger screen sizes and not mobile.
